Henry the Dog Seeks Love

Henry is a shelter dog who lives in a Columbia, Georgia, shelter called Animal Ark Rescue. Despite his loving attitude toward people and other animals, he’s been unable to find his forever home over the past three years. Consequently, Miranda Morrison, a woman working at the shelter, decided to help out.

Morrison created the perfect profile for Henry. She detailed his interests, including going out on big adventures and long cuddly nights in front of the TV. But she did more than that! Morrison even planned out the perfect first date so that the potential owners of Henry can get to see him in the best light.

The Perfect First Date

What can be so special about a first date on Tinder? Everything, when it’s a date with Henry the dog. Morrison has come up with an ingenious way to put the handsome stud in a good light so that he can finally find a forever home.

The date starts off with a pickup from the shelter, followed by an adventurous car ride. Up next is a hike with a bit of spare time to go swimming. Then, the dog and his date will go on lunch, with Morrison even planning the meal Henry will have with his potential people.

The first meeting with Henry will spend the afternoon on a cozy couch in the living room playing fetch with one of the dog’s favorite squeaky toys. Like with many other dates, the evening will be spent cuddling on the bed and watching a Netflix movie.
